How will we communicate with each other?

All correspondence will be via e-mail or phone call. Please make sure to add Resume Revivalist to your contacts list to ensure delivery.

How does the 90-day guarantee work?

I’m committed to making sure that your resume gets results. If you do not get an interview within 90 days of receiving your resume, then I will rewrite it at no cost to you. If you qualify for the 90-day guarantee, send me an email requesting a rewrite within 4 months of receiving your resume.

What do I do if the formatting looks off when I get my resume back?

Please note that I use Microsoft Word 2019 for formatting custom resumes, and I am not responsible for formatting issues that may result due to incompatibility with other versions of Microsoft Word. The best way to ensure that my format matches yours is to let me know which version of Word you have when you send me your information via email.

What happens if there is an error on my resume when I get it back?

While it is my goal to provide error-free documents to you, there is no guarantee that the document is completely error free. Let me know if you find an error and I’ll be happy to correct it.

What if I’m not happy with the resume service?

It is my top priority to ensure that you’re satisfied with your resume. If you are unhappy with an edited document, you may choose to contact me to discuss any issues. I will work to correct any issues with the piece so long as you have contacted me within three (3) days of receiving your edited document. If I do not receive a notice of dissatisfaction or a request for revision within three (3) days of sending the document to you, I will consider the project complete and satisfactory to you.

Do you offer refunds?

Like any writing project, there may be multiple drafts and revisions, and I will work with you until you are satisfied with your resume. As a result, there are no refunds once a resume writing service has been purchased and all sales on other products and services are final.

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel an order, you may do so at any time, but will be charged for any work completed up until the cancellation date. To cancel an order, please email me at stefanie at Resume Revivalist dot com.
